Our concept tapped into the rise of transformation culture, from DIY hacks to upcycling trends, speaking directly to kids in their own language of customisation. This series of films and product animations showcased LEGO DOTS’ new flexible canvas by turning the everyday into something fresh, from old jackets to accessories reimagined with colour and pattern.
I storyboarded, art directed, designed sets and sourced props, working closely with our in-house production team and an external agency to bring the films to life. From online to in-store to social (and a small budget), the campaign delivered bold, fast-paced content that felt authentic to the DIY aesthetic and inspired kids to hack their world with LEGO DOTS.
